PayPal IPN

Hello a few weeks back and yesterday i received a email from PayPal about the IPN's.

My question, do i have to turn the IPN's on? a don't really understand whats it about PayPal is working fine now.

No you don't need to do anything... BrickOwl make the changes at their (server) end.
