Payment problem

Hello.
I've had an order two weeks ago and the payment was submitted as an "e-check" throught Paypal.
We received the information that in 5 to 7 days the money would be available.
That time past and we received an e-mail saying the payment was denied.
Also Brickowl states in the order that the payment was denied.
We've sent the buyer several e-mails with no answer at this moment.
Any advice on how to proceed?
