Feedback used as messages
Hello everyone,
I received this feedback from someone "Hey I tried to see where the package for my last shipment and it does not let me see where it is" is there any way to get this removed or anything?
I sent the buyer a message the day I received the feedback and haven't heard back from him in 10 days. Also his order did arrived well before the 9th and the reason he couldn't see updates for the tracking is because when I copy/pasted it I left off the 9 on the beginning of the tracking number.
