Dutch address format?

Since recently I noticed several dutch buyers with a wrong address formatting "## Streetname". Is this somehow related to a change here or a standardization?
The correct format for an address in the Netherlands is: "Streetname ##". Postal services can not (automatically) process the "## streetname" format.

I just checked my current orders from Dutch buyers and I don't see anything wrong.
Last one was today 14:22

These were not new buyers (youngest is 2 months old (well at least the account is)), maybe it is something with new accounts

Yes, it is all with relative new accounts (between 2 and 5 days old now)
