Just a heads up that the latest Windows 10 updated released on 10/3 is not compatible with the Dymo software. Everything appears to work as normal but all labels printed will be blank.
There's no permanent solution yet but Dymo suggest to uninstall the latest Windows update, or revert to using the older Dymo software which is unaffected.

I have deleted the specified Windows update, much easier to do than downgrading the Dymo software
@Hoddie thanks for this post, after trial and error locally found the same on the great big internet, just when I started to think my Dymo was broken.
I did delete all Dymo products off the pc and started from scratch, as I said, no problems now
It looks like Microsoft have since introduced a temporary out of band fix as they broke printing from all Type 3 printers - not just Dymo. See this:

Please be informed that the update did not fix the issue of printing blank labels from our latest versions of DYMO ID (XTL)
I also note Microsoft have now also produced this out-of-band fix KB5001649: https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB5001649
After installing updates from both vendors normality has resumed for me.
