Ship to Canada?

Hello. I occasionally get requests from customers wanting quotes to ship out of the United States. I always cancel the quotes and politely let them know that I won't ship out of the US. Nothing personal, just not worth my time to try to figure that out and my store is rather small. Anyhow, I just did this and the customer said I need to adjust my storefront so that it doesn't show that I will ship to Canada. When I look at my store I'm seeing US only. Am I missing something? I don't want to be misleading but for the life of me I cannot see why they think I will ship out of the US. My store it EagleSnaps by the way if you have time to look and tell me what you're seeing.

Need to check your settings...

Check your shipping settings. The quote option likely has the whole world in it, change that to US only, then buyers outside the US will see that you dpn't ship to them.

As others have said, check your shipping settings. I'm in the UK and your store says it ships to me too.
Also, your delivery page specifically states that you ship worldwide... https://eaglesnaps.brickowl.com/page/delivery
