It's because the site uses a type of auto-translation I believe, so some of the translations aren't super accurate. If you're bilingual English and any of these languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Danish, German, you can apply with Lawrence to offer translation assistance for 5 pts per item updated.
