Tracking Information
For orders within Canada that have tracking included the tracking section on the order details page shows the following information:
"There is no record of that mail item. If it was mailed recently, it may not yet be tracked. Please try again later. See full history"
This information is incorrect and might give the impression that the tracking number is invalid or the order has not been shipped. The information used to populate this section seems to be obtained from USPS and they would not have tracking information for items shipped within Canada. To avoid giving incorrect information the tracking details need to be obtained from Canada post (for Canadian orders) or this section should be removed for orders that have not been shipped from (or to) the USA where this information would always be invalid.
