I recently had an order placed in my store that had an item that I ALREADY SOLD! (Part 32569) Why is this happening, and how do I keep it from happening again?

Could you post a screenshot of the first sale order ?

If you look at your inventory in history mode, you can see the history of the part. In this case it was manually set to 1, and has now sold.

Do you sell elsewhere and use syncing software? If so had it not updated your inventory here on BO? Just a thought.

I only sell here. @Colorado Bricks what do you mean by first sale order ?

@Lawrence I already sold the part to another person.

I already refunded the part and told them why, but I just want to keep this from happening in the future

If you view the history, you can see that although it was sold previously, you subsequently set the inventory back to one, and so it subsequently sold again.
