Add Category sort order

This way you can expect where to find parts more or less.

This way it will list parts by category hierarchy order.

Could color name be default second sorting for table view when sorting by: Category, Default, Name and ID?

Also, what is default sorting? Seems the same as most "in inventories", that feels redundant?
