Display selected countries on Shipping Method edit screen please

When you're selecting countries for a shipping method it would be really useful if the selected ones appeared in a list next to the box. Just a comma separated list like the one that appears on the delivery screen would be great.

It's such a long list of possible countries that it's quite difficult to make sure that you have the right ones selected, and you haven't inadvertently added one in that you didn't want or de-selected one that you did.

We have changed the country selector to a different type of form element, which is hopefully easier to use.
