I received an order which had a shipping quote does anybody know where to see this quote or what it means as I'm new and have no idea many thanks

    Next item under orders received on the the top right of the screen.

    Buyers can request a quote for postage so they can see a firm total before they make the buy. Can be because you have items that don't have sizes listed for them, or that fall outside your listed shipping options.
