API Order List: 'order_time' argument

When I provide a (previous order) timestamp as the order_time argument, the API returns orders greater than or equal to the supplied timestamp value.

If I'm understanding the concept correctly, shouldn't the API be returning only those orders with a timestamp greater than the one supplied but not an order which is equal to it?

I've reworded the documentation, to make it clear that it is greater than or equal to.
