Hi,

Just receive an order for almost 1K. 10K+ bricks in all. User no feedback, just registered the time he ordered. Affiliate source from ADWORDS. Paid through Stripe-card.

Any tips to protect myself incased chargeback? or What you should do in this situation.

The main thing would be to send with tracking. You can also check on your stripe account if they had any other failed payment attempts with different card numbers. Furthermore you can just message them to double check they intended to place an order of that size.

Also, use Google Maps street view to ensure nothing looks amiss. Sometimes a school or college can place a big order, even a tech company on occasion, that in itself can provide reassurance rather than concern. If it looks like a consumer buying then check the address is a residential one.

You should also consider sending with insurance - but read the terms carefully otherwise you may be wasting your money and not know it.

If it's just a 1st or 2nd Class Signed-For, that only covers you for up to £50
