Adding to a Paid Order

Sorry if I get this in the wrong forum category...I have a customer that placed a small order and has paid it. They would like to add something to it now. Is there a way for me to "re-open" the order so they can add to it? I have played around with the order, but can't seem to find anything.

  • If you ensure it stays in (or revert it to) the original payment submitted status, simply tell your customer to go to your store, add the additional items to their cart, and at checkout in shipping screen, have them click the Combined with Existing Order box. :-)

    Note, you can set in you store to add a fee to order combines, for example, I charge a $0.30 order combining fee, just due to payment processing costs, etc. :-)
