What happened with this "order"?

Today's evening (around 8 PM) I received a curios shipping quote request; although it wasn't even any (but should have been one according to the settings of my shop) as you can see from the screenshot attached.

So what's going on in this case / with this "order"?

    That looks to just be a shipping quote request where someone has entered nonsense. You can cancel the quote from the top of the page.

    Of course I can, but I'm wondering why it is possible to create an account with datas like that. No PayPal account, no IP address, no real request by the shop software (although an e-mail was sent), fake datas and so on ... Should all not be possible I think and looks a little bit like a "hack"!
