Avenerage despatch time

Does anyone know if the avenerage despatch time feature has a detrimental effect on your account? My despatch time is always fast but I have an order that I'm holding onto until I get some additional parts in for my customer so I can send all at the same time. This will impact my despatch time stats.

    It has no effect. Only you can see those numbers. Also with the message responds time.

    Your shop will still say ships in XX what ever you have set it too :-)

    At the moment my time say 0.6 days, even though i have up to 2 days delivery time :-)

    looks like the average dispatch time does not account for Holiday, mine went up as I didn't ship orders on Monday as USPS was closed. I like the stat, but it should factor holidays.
    I do understand the logistic of account for holidays in every country and I can only find API that you have to pay for it :)

    yes, I don't think it accounts for American holidays, certainly - BO is based out of the UK. I suspect it only accounts for weekends. :-) But it is self-reporting, so it's all good!
