Hi I am new to this site. I am in the us and have shipping to the us and world wide. I had a customer try and purchase something, but it says no payment method. I have my paypal account hooked up, as far as I can see. Any ideas how to fix it.

Is the payment method enabled?
Have you selected the countries & currencies that the payment method applies to?
Select your payment method(s) to check both these things.
Another setting to check is the 'Minimum/Maximum Order Total Limits' at the bottom.
