When do I pay fees?

When do I pay the fees that BO has said I would be charged? It has been two months since one of my orders, and I still have not been charged.
When will they charge me, and how will it work?

I don't think they actually charge until you cumulatively hit $5 in fees, also - you'll see a commission due note on your dashboard if you owe fees that month. :-)
