There is one item in my store that I noticed is constantly been replaced when I run Bricksync by which I mean if a potential buyer has added the part in their basket and bricksync runs then the part will be shown as no longer available unless they search again for the piece. It seems it is providing a new Lot ID upon bricksync. Is this a known issue that has a simple resolution? Thanks

Potentially a difference between your local tracked inventory and BrickOwl's inventory (assuming it's BrickOwl where the item keeps getting re-created).
Try running command "verify" in the BrickSync window. This will show any differences, without making any changes.
If that doesn't show anything up, give us details of the item causing the issue.

So that is saying you have something in your BL inventory that is unknown to your BrickSync tracked inventory.
If you take a look at your log file it should tell you which item it is...
your-bricksync-folder\data\logs\bricksync-2021-01-27.txt
Open the text file and scroll all the way to the bottom of the file. You should see a line that looks like
"LOG: Delete orphan item, ID xxx ..."
Is that the item that keeps getting re-created?
When you turn BL Master mode off, BrickSync's tracked inventory will update with any changes.

It's mapping from BL to BO correctly.
I would try deleting the item from your BL inventory, sync to BO so that it gets removed from there too. Then re-add the item and re-sync.
@Stellar @Hoddie, good point. I actually tried it in both ON / OFF modes to ensure there was no issue, just the screenshot I shared was the ON mode. Thanks for all your advice though
