Option to 'cancel' quotes

I've had a few customers place quotes, and then place the order. That leaves a quote for 0 items in 0 lots worth 0.00, but it still notifies. I've had to enter a fictitious price and tell the buyer not to pay it or anything, so it goes away, but I can't cancel it or anything.

Something to think about?

  • I've changed the counter so it won't count ones like that, let me know if you get any again. Certainly don't submit a made up quote just to get rid of it, that's a system issue that I can fix if it occurs.
