Ability to change Payment Method

My buyer made an order paying by IBAN and then made a second order to combine with the previous one and wanted to change the payment on both to PayPal and he couldn't.

Is there any ability to change the former order from IBAN to PayPal?

I think not, but you can request him to pay to your PayPal email or send and invoice to him through PayPal.

Once paid you can mark it as payment received

I think you can't write your email, I think I remember it is striped out.

But you could send a PayPal.me link

For future reference you can send a payment request via PayPal to the pseudo-email address that BO generates for each user.

They look like this:
{long series of random numbers, letters and punctuation}@m.brickowl.com

...and can be found by clicking on the 'contact customer' button on the order page.
