What does the arrow in the order page mean? See picture

That means that they (the customer) "found" your store from a 3rd party site. Ex: rebrickable.

If you hover over the arrow with your mouse it will tell you
It's telling you the order was a referral from elsewhere.

Note, the fees for these orders are double as commission is also payable to the referring site.

Hoddie

Not always, that icon can also show if the customer is using BrickOwl in a language other than English, or if you're using your own referral links, or if the user originally came from another source, in which case you wouldn't pay the affiliate fee unless you were signed up to it.
