Cancel order with Refund?

hello Afol´s,

It look for an order cancel.
I am the seller.
I made a fault on the shipping methods. So it can be that the buyer decide, that he want an cancel.
He paid the order automaticly.
And now my question:
Which function is correct? "cancel" or "Refund"
(I mean the dropdown- button "other actions" on the order page.)

You can use either form, I would use cancel, it processes the paypal refund if it can. Pay attention to any messages as it will say if you have to do it yourself.

I can not find out how to cancel the order

@wendy.dillon if you are the buyer you need to message the the seller and ask it. There is a button on top right of the order details.

@wendy.dillon, if you are the seller, you can cancel an order by using the dropdown menu on the order screen (where it has refund, invoice, etc.) and choose Cancel. If you are the buyer, see @steller's answer above. :-)
