New store help

I opened my store 7 days ago and it is going very well but i got an email from a lady in California asking why i do not ship to the united states ? I live in Iowa the middle of the united states but sure enough my store states that i do not ship to the united states until you actually open my store page then it says ships to the united states ? Any help would be appreciated how do i get rid of that message in the browse area ?

I checked your store, put a few items in my cart and it seems I would have been able to check-out.

Yeah i have sold several items but if you search thru catalog it shows as red like this example Catalog > LEGO Minifigures > Marvel Super Heroes > LEGO Outrider Minifigure it is second from the top brick's and fig's it shows in red does not ship to united states until you actually click on the minifig.

You have your shipping methods set up so that they only apply to items over $4, so any item below that will show as having no shipping options available
