Issue with Shipping Methods

Hello!

I've set up shipping methods for EU countries and for Austria separately, all is in "enabled" status but at the checkout it says "No shipping methods available for Austria" (or for any country I choose).

Could someone from an another EU country kindly check it please?

@Stellar I've enable the Delivery page which contains {{block type="ship_methods"}} only, it can be seen at https://rankster.brickowl.com/page/shipping.

I've wrote all my store terms and shipping methods etc to the "Home" page. Could that be the problem?

@rankster You have a lot of issues with incorrect dimension limits in cm rather than mm, and possibly unnecessary minimum order subtotal limits that you should probably remove. As well as country restrictions on payment methods that you should probably remove.

I think your dimensions may be wrong, they are in mm not cm. And some of your methods don't seem to have any dimensions.

@Lawrence oh yes, thanks for letting me know, I've just adjusted the dimension limits from cm to mm. Minimum order subtotal is needed due to insurance. Country restrictions is due to COVID, I cannot ship to all the countries at the moment.

@Mrs Swoop yes, I didn't add it to the "Parcel Normal" method since it's restriction of 100 x 60 x 60 cm won't be exceeded according to my previous experience since I don't really sell sets.

It's better to set country restrictions on shipping methods rather than payment methods. The country restrictions on payment methods are useful when you want to stop someone selecting an inappropriate method, for example limiting the bank transfer method to only those countries whose currency is Euro.

One more thing, is it possible to set additional charges for an order or is it automatically transfers the buyer to PayPal payment screen? It seems it does, buyer need to pay item total plus shipping cost right away. So how should I be able to add fees before buyer checks out?

You can't add fees on BO. Well, you can, but you need to incorporate them into your shipping fees. There's no way of adding a %-based fee.
