Paypal Accounts

Is there any way to have orders be filtered to 2 different paypal accounts. I have one that has the micro-payment fee (5% +5 cents) option and another that is the normal fee (2.9% +30 cents). Would it be possible to have orders filtered based on the total purchase price? For example $11.50 and under goes to paypal account A and $11.51 and up goes to paypal account B.

Yes, there are minimum and maximum order subtotal limits on the payment methods which can be setup to make only one available at different amounts.
