Quotes not showing!!!

I have gotten 3 quotes in email and their not showing up on the quote page!?

    Quotes were were working fine at least a week ago... I have noticed a lag, maybe an hour, between my email and BO displaying quotes or messages. I would email @Lawrence (or maybe he will see this).

    @Lawrence checked and apparently both people emptied their carts after requesting a quote... I guess they didn't know it wouldn't show up on my end if they empty their carts. Or they changed their minds 30secs after placing the order. lol. I was freaking out for a min.
