Has anyone else run into issues getting US shipping methods to show up? I've entered two new shipping methods now, both enabled, but the only thing showing up is "request a quote" and if I turn that off it says I don't ship to the US. I e-mailed BrickOwl but if anyone has a solution or even a good work around I'm listening.

Have you selected the countries that your shipping method applies to?
So under your shipping methods...

Select the particular method you've created and scroll down to near the bottom (just above the band information). There's a list of countries and you need to select the ones that are relevant to your shipping method.
So please measure them and edit the items in the catalog (and then wait until the submissions are apporoved)
