Hi, got my 1st order. Customer paid thru paypal and the payment status says pending, and the next line says pending reason verify. Does this mean I have wait for paypal to verify the payment?
It could be they linked their PayPal account to their bank account instead of a credit card, so it is pending until banks reopen on Monday? Just thinking out loud.
You should log in to your paypal account and accept the payment. Maybe the customer paid in another valuta than what you accept.
When you have done that, you go back to your order, and click on the button yourself, that payment have been accepted. and then you can process the order as usual.
I think that for my first order (possibly a few orders?) I had to check in Paypal that I had received the payment and mark it as received in BO myself. In my head it was something to with verification but I could've made that up.
Hi, thanks for the comments. I got it working. It was my paypal account that needs to be linked to a bank account to be verified. This threw me off because bricklink just needs a credit card linked to your paypal account.
