Combined orders - prevent differing shipping methods

Just noticed a potential problem where a buyer placed an order with 1st class shipping, then placed a second order with 2nd class shipping, but elected to combine the two.

Not a problem on this occasion, but probably better prevented in the future if possible.

    I hadn't thought of that. People are allowed to change it incase they want to upgrade it. Didn't think they would try to downgrade it. I'll make a note to prevent moving to cheaper shipping.
