Setting for when to add tax

Please consider adding a setting where sellers can choose at what point BO adds taxes to an order. Currently taxes are added to each item, which is probably standard for most Europeans. However, in Canada (and the US I believe) items on an invoice are shown with their base price, and taxes are added as a separate line item at the end of the order.

A new toggle on the "Tax Settings" page where the seller can pick between "add tax to the items sold" or "add tax as a final line item to the order" would likely work fine. And to minimize confusion, let it default to the way it works now.

+1 Canada and US operate as tax exclusive by default where prices do not show the tax included. It is itemized at checkout showing the rate of tax applied and the subtotal is only the price of the items.
