Unknown character need help!

I collect a few Star Wars Minifigs. I am cataloguing them and I thought when I brought this character it was a Young Anakin Skywalker Pod-Racer. But it looks like it was a custom. These things happen. I should of done more research before buying. I also brought from ebay, yes I know big mistake. What I would like to know though, if not Anakin, does anyone know what TORSO this character is from. I have tried to look on this site and others. Any help would be great. Thanks Alex.

Looks like it may be Obi Wan Kenobi, but others may know better.

Wow, just looked at my Obi Wan's and..... there he is. Gutted he is the wrong character but glad I know now whom he is. Thanks again Lawrence
