Pending Orders

I usually check for notifications on the top right to see if there is anything that needs to be done. I recently realized that orders that have a status of pending are not included in these counts. At the moment I have two orders that have a status of pending (which is correct since they did not use paypal) but I would like to have these included in the counts for 'Orders Received" since I need to wait for payment to come in and mark them as paid. It would also be convenient if quote requests could be added to the notification count.

I have added a "task" onto the store dashboard for pending orders so you know to check for payment. I've also added the quotes onto the thing on the top right. The thing on the top right is only for stuff you actually have to deal with now, whereas with pending orders it could be several days before you actually need to do something.
