Someone help please, is there a way to turn off where inventory keeps the item when there is no stock left, fed up seeing zero, thanks

I don't believe there is an option to do it automatically but you can do a mass update to delete them all. On the inventory page you can show only empty lots using the Quantity filter on the left and then select all and use the Mass Inventory Update at the bottom to delete them.
