Lego piece ?
Once again finding out if it is lego or not :-P
For the picture it is the dark blue "tube"
I have put a 2x4 on hte side for comparison.
As far as text goes, there is no indication for it being a lego part.
So out with the trash or what ? :-D

I think it's not LEGO. Color looks like Trans Dark Blue, but I do not know the part. I would put it to the waste bin collection.
