So I am not sure what to do exactly. I can refund the order but can I send them an invoice with shipping added? They paid by Stripe so I am not sure how to ask them to send the money for just shipping. I have since removed my pickup option, it of course said make prior arrangements before using but guess that 0.00 charge was too enticing.

I am in NH they are in TX, a bit far for a pickup.

I would suggest to send a friendly email to your customer with an explanation what went wrong. I think they can also make another payment directly via stripe.
