Yes, but it must be on the seller side - simply email your seller and request they cancel the order. If you just placed it and they haven't started processing it, it's effortless on their end (though they WILL lose fees if they collected monies via PayPal, please be aware).
If they have already processed your order (or even shipped it), it will cost your seller money in lost fees, already-expended labor, etc., so that is a discussion to certainly have with them - technically a purchase here is a contract. :-)
