Buyers in Belgium - important bPost changes

As of today, Monday 23 November 2020, bPost may deliver your parcels to your local bPost or Decathlon store for collection. Not sure how they're getting away with this but please note it's a decision of bPost and not the seller, who cannot force bPost to attempt delivery at home. From tomorrow I will be reminding my Belgian customers of this but not all sellers will be aware of the change.

    And a new announcement today:

    bPost are temporarily refusing parcels originating from France due to being over-capacity. (This one is presumably directed at Amazon France but may obviously catch other retailers including French BO stores.)
