    Depends on what you're ordering, individual store terms, etc. I would have thought Romania comes under Europe in terms of shipping, but they'll be different bands depending on size and weight. Maybe ask a store for a shipping quote first and then decide. Hope this helps!

    If you scroll to the bottom of their pages there is a delivery link. That shows all their delivery rates based on destination and dimensions/weight, so should give you a good idea. In terms of responding to your message it depends on when you contacted them. If it was over the weekend it may be they only work office hours and will respond tomorrow.
