Help please - Messed up a refund

So I managed to refund the whole order cost to a customer in Paypal instead of just a partial refund. Is there an official way to deal with this or do I just ask the customer nicely if they wouldn't mind sending the money to my paypal account by giving them my email address?

Had a similar situation some weeks ago. Explained to the buyer and he paid again. Note that you will have to take the PayPal fee twice (as you don't get that back when you issue a refund).

I heard back from Lawrence - use the customer's BO contact email to send a Paypal request.
