Hey all.

Quite simple, what does it take to get on the front page of Brick Owl ?
What does that "popular stores" indicate, and apart from that, what is the best way to "promote" a store?

You can get on the Featured Stores list by contributing to the BO catalog (e.g., adding search tags to catalog entries, adding new decorated items that are missing, adding images to items lacking photos), which earns you points. You can them accumulate points and cash them in toward no-fee months, prizes, and being featured on the home page. :-)

For popular stores, I do not know the algorithm, but I can only assume those are the highest traffic/biggest sellers in the system (something I know my store will never be, we're way too small <s>). :-)

Re other promotion, I have never cracked that - any marketing is about reaching your target audience. Are there LEGO clubs in your area? Do your local schools participate in the robotic leagues? Are you a YouTuber/social influencer? There's many ways to get into more public marketing.
