Shipping Method Bands Not Being Honored?

I am new to Brick Owl selling. I went through the process of setting up a USPS 1st Class shipping method, and entered all the prices for packages in all 9 zones, from 0 to 16 oz. I got my first order from a buyer one state over, so zone 2 for USPS 1st class. However, Brick Owl assigned the Zone 9 pricing to the order. I performed a test, by adding something from my own store to my cart. Sure enough, it assigned the Zone 9 pricing for the USPS 1st Class method in the appropriate weight tier.

Have I done something wrong? Why is Brick Owl not selecting the appropriate zone pricing based on my buyer's location?

Your ship from zip code on the method is set as 10, is that correct?

Thanks for the response! It should be 010, but every time I save, it changes to 10. Maybe that is the problem? Brick Owl must treat that field as an integer, thus removing leading zeros.

I do see that the leading zero is kept in 010 in my shipping method now. Thanks for the quick fix! However, when I performed the test again in my own store, it still gives me the zone 9 pricing. I wonder if there's another place in the code where it's treating this value as an integer? Maybe in the code where it's displaying the shipping estimate to the customer?
