Minifigure Parts / Naming Convention

Is it necessary to include word "Minifigure/Minifig" when naming minifigure parts and accessories? Currently, names are all over the place and It would be great if we could agree on some basic rules. So, how should it be:
"Captain Marvel Minifig Torso" or "Captain Marvel Torso"?
"Wonder Woman Minifigure Hips and Legs" or "Wonder Woman Hips and Legs"
"Minifigure Toy Duck" or just "Toy Duck"
Names are often too long and omitting redundant words could help a bit.

  • I would definitely be a fan (and would happily help with) this!
The only challenge I really see is separating minifigure swords from Bionicle swords - but in general, if we can just all make the assumption something is minifigure unless *otherwise stated*, e.g., Large Figure, Bionicle sword, that would go a long way to simplifying names.

So in just my respectful opinion, we'd see:

"Captain Marvel Torso" (though this opens the with and without arms question - I think we always assume WITH, and then note if without in title)
    "Wonder Woman Hips and Legs"
    "Toy Duck"
