Store Cart not visible on mobile device

I have a store cart with an item in it that was waiting for a shipping quote. I have the quote now but the order doesn't appear in my Store Carts when I look at it on my mobile, but it is still there and visible on my laptop.

I am going to be buying the item so the evidence will disappear from my account soon, sorry.

I believe this happens if you create a cart on a different computer while you are logged in one two devices. It can be resolved by logging out/in on the other device. I will have a think if theres something we can do about this.
