How to add pieces to a set please

Hi
I really should be able to do this now but everytime I try to add an item to a set it appears to be rejected so I am obviously doing something wrong!! Anyone help please?? I know the items are defo in the set.

    Normally you go to the set, select Edit Inventory in the text on the top (above the parts list), then click Add (so it goes split screen), find the parts and add them, then edit the part colors and quantities... I've rarely had mine rejected. Is that how you've been doing it? And thank you SO MUCH for helping to contribute to inventory accuracy, that is awesome!!!

    Are you sure it is rejected? Normally you get a mail telling you it is rejected and the reason why.
    If not sure, go to your catalog points page and see if there are pending points, if so, the change hasn't been looked at yet.
