Auto-issuing of coupons

I know that an auto-issuing coupon function that includes every user can be very abused, but could there be one for old customers, or customers who leave feedback, when they mark their order as received, etc.?

I didn't want to ask because it sounds difficult.
For my store, I use a loyalty program. Once I ship the item I give everyone a 5% off coupon for their next order. Every order thereafter it continues to go up 1% until it caps at 15%.

That would be nice if it could automatically be set up to do this but it sounds to hard to make so I didn't ask.

I don't have any current plants to implement such a feature, if many shops adopted it, customers may feel that Brick Owl is spamming them. You may want to try using a coupon code and including it in the package with the order.

I've taken Admin's approach and simply include the coupon code as a part of my thank you note for the customer.
