Quote Requested - Paid by different method - How to show quote paid?

New buyer requested a quote so I have sent them one, now they have paid by Bank Transfer. How do I go in the quote to show it has been paid and so items are removed from my inventory?

There is no option for that, a quote is not an order. Buyer has to accept the quote. If the quote is not accepted, the items paid for are currently still in your store and you have not paid a commission.
You need to ask the buyer to accept the quote to make it right.
