What am I doing wrong here?!

Hi everyone,

I added some stickered parts to the catalog over the weekend. Now that they're appearing in my store, they're showing with weird postage rates. For example, this one - https://brickadoon.brickowl.com/store/lego-tile-1-x-4-with-stars-minifig-and-money-sticker#43427365 - is only showing Large Letter+Tracking instead of just Large Letter. This one is doing the same - https://brickadoon.brickowl.com/store/lego-tile-1-x-4-with-keyboard-panel-sticker

What have I missed?

These are the options I get for both items
Given the fact that the same options for a normal 1x4 tile shows the same, it isn't due to the decorated items. Maybe have a good look at your shipping options.

For a lime 1x4 tile it shows way to many options (I think):

I seen to remember that it can take a few days for new decorated items to inherit things like dimensions and weight from the parent item, so perhaps this is a temporary issue until that happens.

Hi both,

I think I've found the error!

I'd set my Large Letter to anything over 1g, but my Large Letter+Tracking was set to anything over 0g, so that was taking priority for the smaller items.
