Creating new lot via API

How long after creating a new lot via the API will it take before you can get the lot with the api.brickowl.com/v1/inventory/list API call? Added one today and after an hour, I still can't get it to return (I do see the lot in my inventory on the website).

That should be instant, there is no caching of lots on that call
